These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vandana-industries.com (the “Site”) operated by Vandana Industries (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Catalogue only – The Site presents our furniture range for information and enquiry purposes. No online checkout or payment facility is offered.
1.2 Permitted use – You may view, download, or print pages for personal or business planning, provided you keep all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices intact.
1.3 Prohibited use – You must not:
• republish Site content on another website or platform without written consent;
• engage in data-mining, scraping, or automated harvesting;
• post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, photographs, and logos are the intellectual property of Vandana Industries or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
3. Product Information & Availability
3.1 We strive to keep product descriptions, dimensions, and colors accurate; however, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and screen settings.
3.2 Listing a product does not guarantee stock or production capacity. Availability and pricing are confirmed only in our written quotation.
4. Enquiry, Quotation & Orders
4.1 Submitting an enquiry form or email does not create a contract.
4.2 A contract arises only when you accept our formal quotation and provide any required advance payment.
4.3 Quotations remain valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment & Delivery
5.1 Payment terms (advance, progress, or on-dispatch) are specified in each quotation or pro-forma invoice.
5.2 Delivery dates are estimates and may shift due to raw-material delays, transport conditions, or force-majeure events.
5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon handover to the carrier or upon collection from our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Returns & Warranty
6.1 Custom-built furniture is non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
6.2 Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to a 10 % restocking fee; freight charges are non-refundable.
6.3 All products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vandana Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Site or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
8. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to external websites (e.g., logistics partners, map services). We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of these third parties. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kaithal, Haryana, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
