   • Once you approve the quotation, we organize transport through trusted freight partners or work with a carrier of your choice.

   • Shipping charges are quoted separately and added to the final invoice.

   • Customers may also pick up orders directly from our Kotipur, Haryana facility.

3. Transit & Responsibility

   • Estimated delivery windows and tracking details are provided after dispatch.

   • Goods travel at the buyer’s risk; we strongly recommend transit insurance for large or fragile items.
